If you and I collaboratively determine medications can aid you to achieve your goals, I will provide you with the latest options on available evidence-based therapies.

First Steps
1 Phone Call
Contact Dr. Sanchez-Cruz to set up a complimentary 15-minute phone call. If a full evaluation is recommended, we will schedule the Initial Consultation at that time.
2 Consultation
Dr. Sanchez-Cruz will meet with you for the Initial Consultation. This may take place over the course of a few sessions. Once complete, Dr. Sanchez-Cruz will advise if treatment is recommended, and develop a collaborative, personalized plan to meet your individual needs.
3 Treatment
Sessions are offered virtually and in-person on a weekly basis. All visits are 45 minutes in length.
